HOW I WORK
Everything is mindset driven. People recognise the behaviour they want to change. They know they need to stop avoiding the hard conversation. They know the dread is not serving them. But the bridge from awareness to execution does not always exist. That bridge is the work.
Most coaching addresses skills or behaviours. Mine goes deeper. Not just teaching leaders what to say, teaching them to understand why it is hard to say it, so the words that come out are natural, not performed. When the mindset shifts, the skillset sticks.Once that happens, people can actually do the thing, not just feel better about it.

Before You Book
The doubts are normal. Here are honest answers to the ten questions Farrah hears most before someone books.
What happens on the discovery call exactly?
The discovery call is 30 minutes, free, and requires no commitment. Before the call, Farrah sends three specific questions about your situation so the session starts in the right place from the first minute. On the call, she listens, asks clarifying questions, and gives you a specific recommendation on which engagement fits your situation, and an honest answer on whether this is the right fit at all. If it is not the right fit, she will tell you that too. No pitch. No pressure.
How do I know which engagement is right for me?
The discovery call answers this question. As a general guide: coaching suits an individual leader working through a specific situation or ceiling, workshops suit a leadership team that needs to change how it works together, and speaking suits a conference or offsite audience. Farrah reviews your situation and recommends based on what you are actually dealing with, not what sounds most comprehensive. There is no pressure to choose anything before the call.
How much does executive coaching with Farrah Mitra cost?
Pricing is upon enquiry and confirmed on the discovery call once the scope is clear. Every engagement is scoped to the actual situation rather than sold as a fixed package, because a single communications session before one hard conversation and a six-month executive coaching programme are genuinely different pieces of work. You will leave the discovery call knowing the investment before committing to anything.
Do you work with individuals or only companies?
Both. Farrah works with individual senior leaders booking for themselves, and with CHROs and People leaders booking coaching or facilitation for their leadership teams. The majority of engagements are initiated by CHROs investing in their people, but individual leaders who want to work with Farrah directly are equally welcome to book the discovery call.
We have tried coaching before and it did not work. Why would this be different?
Most coaching fails for one of two reasons: it addresses behaviour without addressing what is driving the behaviour, or it gives advice without building the practical skillset to execute it. Farrah's approach does both, the internal mindset shift and the repeatable process, not one or the other. She also brings something most coaches cannot: twelve years of operating experience at Bain and in People executive leadership. Her programmes average 4.8 out of 5 across 355 participants, with 95% giving 4s or 5s.
Is the coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in a coaching engagement with Farrah is confidential. For individual leaders, nothing from your sessions is shared with your organisation, your manager, or your CHRO without your explicit consent. For CHROs commissioning coaching for their teams, Farrah does not report on individuals; she may share aggregate themes at agreed checkpoints, but individual session content remains private. Confidentiality is not a policy detail, it is what makes the work possible.
How quickly can we get started?
The discovery call can typically be scheduled within one to two weeks, and the work usually begins within two to four weeks after that depending on scope. For urgent situations, a leader preparing for an imminent layoff or reorganisation announcement, for example, Farrah prioritises accordingly. The fastest path is to book the discovery call now rather than waiting until the situation is more urgent.
Does Farrah Mitra work remotely or only in Houston?
Both. Farrah is based in Houston, Texas, and works with clients worldwide. The majority of 1:1 coaching engagements run virtually, which allows her to work with CHROs and senior leaders across the United States and internationally without any loss of depth. For workshops, leadership team facilitation, and keynotes, she travels nationally and internationally.
What size organisations does Farrah Mitra work with?
From Fortune 10 companies to global nonprofits and Series A startups. Farrah has coached and facilitated for leaders at Google, Indeed, Accion, Medallia, and Alto Pharmacy, across hyper-growth startups and established enterprises managing constant change. The common thread is not company size or industry, it is high-performing leaders who are carrying more than they need to.
High-performing leaders do not need more pressure. They need the confidence, clarity, and practical tools to lead difficult moments without burning themselves out. That work starts with a 30-minute conversation.
